General terms and conditions

for the use of the online platform www.iddadventure.com

1. Provider

In the following, the operator Alpha ITC GmbH, is referred to as “IDDAdventure.com” and the provider of trips and tours as “Provider”. Interested parties and visitors are called “Visitor”.

2. Scope

IDDAadventure.com presents the information of the providers. The responsibility for the content lies solely with the provider. After the initial forwarding of Visitor requests to the Provider, no further communication between the partners is supported. All further arrangements or contracts are to be handled directly between Visitor and Provider. IDDAadventure.com is in no way involved in any legal transactions between Visitor and Provider.

3. Tasks and duties of IDDAdventure.com

1. Publication of the presentation texts and image material (logo, image and/or graphic) of the provider according to the basic layout of the website and linking by hyperlinks to the website of the provider. (The order of appearance of the offers cannot be influenced by the provider.)
2. Changes or corrections at the request of the Provider (fair use)
3. Provision of contact forms and forwarding of visitor requests

4. Tasks and duties of the Provider

1. The provider is responsible for all content published in his name.
2. The provider declares his agreement with an editorial processing by IDDAdventures.com to ensure a consistent presentation of the offers.
3. The provider checks his offers for correctness and completeness.
4. The provider agrees that his photos or graphics are reworked if necessary.
5. The provider ensures regular updates of his offer overviews, especially regarding dates, prices and contact details.
6. Tours and trips with fixed dates will not be deleted automatically after their expiration. The provider has to inform IDDAdventures.com how to handle expired offers.
7. If the offer is no longer displayed due to missing data, the provider is still obligated to IDDAdventure.com to comply with all contractual terms.
8. The provider leaves IDDAdventure.com only such materials (photos, graphics, text, etc.), which he is entitled to use. The materials remain property of the provider and will be used exclusively to fulfill the placed order.
9. Materials are sent at the risk of the provider.

5. Charges and cancellation periods

The presentations on the platform are free of charge. The support includes the tasks described in point 3. Tasks and duties of IDDAdventure.com. Other services such as describing tours, image editing, etc. will be gladly taken on request. IDDAdventure.com creates in such cases an individual offer. The acceptance of such an offer must be in writing.

With the activation of the first offer a contract between the partner and IDDAdventure.com is concluded.

This contract is valid for 1 month and will be automatically renewed if not cancelled 5 working days before the end of the month.

IDDAdventure.com is entitled to terminate the contract without notice for good cause, in particular in the event of negative feedback from end customers.

6. Warranty and liability

1. IDDAdventure.com is entitled to optimize the Internet presence at any time and adapt to new requirements.
2. IDDAdventure.com bears no responsibility for content provided by the provider or for incorrect or incomplete data input of any kind (text, images, etc.). IDDAdventure.com is not obliged to check the content for possible violations of the law.
3. In case of legal action against IDDAdventure.com by third parties due to content provided by the provider, the provider agrees to indemnify IDDAdventure.com from any liability to third parties and to reimburse IDDAdventure.com for any costs arising from this incident.
4. The liability of IDDAdventure.com is limited to intent and gross negligence. This limitation of liability also applies in case of fault by a subcontractor of IDDAdventure.com.
5. a possible liability for damages is limited to the amount of one annual fee.
6. IDDAdventure.com is not liable for failures of the advertising platform or errors in the presentation caused by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, server failures, network failures, hacker attacks, incorrect display due to caching, use of unsuitable Internet browsers.

7. Final provisions

IDDAdventure.com reserves the right to change, supplement, or rewrite these general terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons.

Changes to the GTC shall be made with a notice period of four weeks. If the customer does not object to the change within these four weeks, the change is considered accepted. The information about the changes can be made by e-mail.

Should individual provisions of the GTC be ineffective or lose effectiveness due to a later circumstance, the effectiveness of the rest of the GTC remains unaffected.
